When I was developing my new brand, I not only wanted to create mindful products, but to bring people physically together. Our company makes intention candles, energy clearing sprays and crystals, and then we host events that give space to build a community that practices together. A sound bath in LA was the best place to begin my journey, meditating with my girls, surrounded by cozy blankets and lots of tacos.
MY SOUND BATH
I wanted our first event to be special, so I invited all my girlfriends to come cuddle up. We leaned more towards stylish slumber party than Tibetan monk chanting with our event, because meditation can be a party too! The floors were covered with luscious, cruelty-free faux fur blankets from Unhide, helping us achieve our cozy zen. We had a taco bar from Tocaya Organica, deserts from Raw Baby, and drinks from BTL SVC. We drank and snacked and then we breathed and found calm. We also laughed… a lot.
MOVING FORWARD
DM’s came piling in from girls wanting to join our next sound bath. Don’t worry, there will be many more! Moving forward, I’ll be organizing sound baths in new locations, featuring an organic dinner, CBD drinks, and cozy meditation. Who knows… we may even be adding cryo facials to the equation.
In retrospect, drinking vodka and tequila before the healing was not the best plan of action. People couldn’t stop laughing and there were even a few farts, which obviously led to more laughing. Honestly, it was amazing for our kick-off event, but next time we’ll do CBD before and tequila later. We’re all about the party, but after we chill.

The best tacos EVER 
Thank you Michael Baruch and BTL SVC for providing these delicious hand-crafted cocktails. When I called up Michael and told him about my sound bath – we decided it would be best to serve a vodka and tequila. My favorites are the 1934 Cosmo, which consists of premium vodka, dry curaçao and a house made raspberry gomme with fresh lime juice and the Spicy Maid, which consists of reposado tequila, fresh lime juice, hand-picked mint, cucumber and a dash of cayenne pepper for the spice.
For our desserts, we had Raw Babys chocolate that are always handcrafted with premium, 100% organic ingredients. Created with a house-made coconut butter and sweetened with maple syrup. Everything made by Raw Babby Desserts is glutten free, dairy free, soy free, refined -sugar free, and vegan. Arlena, the founder is based out of where I grew up, Orange County. I love supporting women-owned businesses who are ethical and vegan!
