Beginner’s Yoga & Meditation Event
Maya and I are partnering up to create a series of events in 2023 intended to elevate people’s frequency. Through movement, breath, meditation, and community, we want to help raise the consciousness of those around us and have fun doing it.

We decided for our first event of 2023 to be an all-girls beginner yoga and meditation in Santa Monica Beach with views of the ocean. Chef Tara Retes made all the girl’s avocado toasts and Lauren from Cuterie and Co made an amazing cheese and fruit board.
