Part 1: Volunteer Assembly Set-Up 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

• Volunteers assembled 1,750 elementary school backpacks, 1,500 middle school backpacks, and 1,750 high school backpacks

Part 2: Main Event 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

• Volunteers distributed 5,000 Adidas backpacks and school supplies for students in grades K-12
• Stations available for students and their families: Job Fair, Health and Resources, Youth Activities, Early School Registration
• Panel Discussions included Voter & Civic Engagement, Integrated Health: Navigating community health equity barriers, tech & modern careers, and education 

Part 3: Entertainment 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 

• Live Music and Entertainment + 2022 IBTU Bridge Builder Honoree Award Ceremony, Lifetime Achievement Award: Featuring Lafayette Dorsey Sr., a Los Angeles native who spent over 31 years of his life dedicated to serving the community of South Los Angeles through pastoring, mentoring, and inspiring thousands.
