This prayer has become a mantra in my day-to-day life. I find myself saying it in the car, after a meal, or on a hike. It instantly comes to mind when I need it, and when I don’t realize I do.
My journey toward manifestation truly began a few years ago when I watched The Secret. The documentary lit me up. I needed to know more. I researched manifestation, quantum energy, mediation, and near-death experiences, hoping these topics would shed light on the meaning of life. They did, but most importantly they brought me back to prayer.
Prayer has always been powerful to me. I grew up in Christian schools. I even attended an all-girls Catholic High School for my Freshman year (which I hated… but that’s beside the point). When I grew up and traveled the world, I observed other religions along the way. The combination of the prayers I’d been raised on and the prayers I discovered created something beautiful. My unique sense of religion.
My view on God changed, so I wanted to find a prayer that reflected my new path. I wanted to find a powerful prayer that would help me attract my hopes and desires.
I came across the Powerful Abundance Prayer. Many women I respect had recommended the prayer and said it had transformed their lives. I printed out the prayer immediately. The prayer became a daily ritual. I found that when I stay fully present for each line and listen with an open mind, the words become more than prayer but meditation which leads to enlightenment and understanding.
After I began using this prayer, I went through the craziest breakup of my life.
It was terrible. I thought the prayer was supposed to make life better and only bring positivity. Instead, I found myself in the midst of depression. I was lost, afraid, and struggling through hardships.
But I kept saying the prayer.
Two years later, while writing in bed, a lightbulb went shooting off. That breakup was the best thing that could have happened to me. I’ve learned so much, seen so much and become so much closer to the person I truly am. The break up was the Universe and God’s gift to me.
Once you change your perspective on hardship, you will see the light in it. I manifested the breakup so I could clear out old energy and create a new life with new people and experiences. I am more conscious than ever. People come and go in life, but I firmly believe not everyone is meant to be your romantic partner forever. Some people are learning experiences. Guides along the way to finding where and who you’re becoming and who you’ve always been. Like people, energy comes and goes. There are good days and there will always be bad. If you stop taking life so seriously and embrace the adventure, then you won’t be upset if your plans don’t pan out. There will be new obstacles, challenges, discoveries, opportunities and loves.
Stay open. Everything in life is temporary. Nothing, and I repeat nothing, ever stays the same.
Start by saying this prayer. I recommend saying it in the morning and at night. Once you have it memorized you can say it throughout the day. If I catch myself thinking negative thoughts, I replace them with this prayer.
From The Light of God that I Am.
From The Love of God that I Am.
From The Power of God that I Am.
From The Heart of God that I Am.
I Decree-
I dwell in the midst of Infinite Abundance. The Abundance of God is my Infinite Source.
The River of Life never stops flowing. It flows through me into a lavish expression.
Good comes to me through unexpected avenues and God works in a myriad of ways to bless me.
I now open my mind to receive my good. Nothing is too good to be true. Nothing is too wonderful to have happened. With God as my Source, Nothing amazes me.
I am not burdened by thoughts of the past or future. One is gone. The other is yet to come.
By the power of my belief, coupled with my purposeful fearless actions and my deep rapport with God, my future is created and my abundance is made manifest.
I ask and accept that I am lifted in this and every moment into Higher Truth. My mind is quiet.
From this day forward I give freely and fearlessly into life and Life gives back to me with magnificent increase.
Blessings come in expected and unexpected ways. God provides for me in wondrous ways.
I am indeed grateful.
And so it is.
